EVENT REPLAY PURCHASE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between the ticket purchaser (the “Attendee”) and Peppermint & Co. Ltd. (the “Organizer”) regarding the purchase and access to the replay of the event indicated in the ticket (the “Event”). By purchasing and accessing the event replay, the Attendee agrees to the following terms:

1. Event Replay Access

  • The Attendee will receive access to the Event replay for personal viewing only.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to revoke access if terms are violated.
  • The Attendee can access the replay only for the duration specified in the ticket receipt.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Access will be granted upon successful payment.

3. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

  • The Event replay, including all content, remains the property of the Organizer
  • The Attendee may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share the replay with others.
  • Unauthorized distribution or use may result in legal action.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

  • The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the content.
  • The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the Event replay is voluntary and at their own risk.
  • The Organizer, speakers, and affiliates are not responsible for any decisions made based on the Event content.
  • All views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Organizer.

5. Technical Issues & Disclaimers

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues on the Attendee’s end, including but not limited to internet failures or device malfunctions.
  • If the Event replay is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
  • If the Event replay crashes and is no longer available, the Attendee will be refunded the full ticket amount.

6. Governing Law

  • The laws of Ontario, Canada govern this Agreement.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.

By purchasing and accessing the Event replay, the Attendee acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
