Through Peppermint & Co., Maria has worked across corporate events, product launches, brand activations, community experiences, and private events, bringing together logistics, storytelling, aesthetics, marketing, and customer experience.
Her continued professional development includes Digital Marketing Certification, along with training in content strategy, SEO, social media marketing, analytics, and AI-assisted content development.
From there, we built a collaborative team with experience across content creation, marketing, social media, design, events, operations, and client experience.
That mix matters because good content is not only about making something look polished. We consider who the audience is, what the business is trying to communicate, how the content should feel visually, what information needs to be accurate, and what will make someone stop long enough to care.
AI may support our research, planning, and ideation, but it remains a tool. Final content is shaped by human judgment, lived experience, fact-checking, and storytelling.
