CONTENT DAY GIVEAWAY | SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply specifically to the Peppermint & Co. Content Day Giveaway and are in addition to our general Giveaway Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these specific giveaway terms will apply to this promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is necessary to enter.
The giveaway is open to business owners or authorized representatives who are 18 years of age or older and whose business has a physical location within Toronto, Ontario suitable for an on-location content session.
The entrant must have the authority to enter the business into the giveaway and authorize content creation at the proposed location.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Peppermint & Co. Ltd. are not eligible to enter.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on September 14th EST and closes on October 18th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
Entries received outside of the giveaway period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the official Content Day Giveaway form available through https://peppermintandco.ca/toronto-content-day-giveaway/
Only one entry per business is required.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Providing consent to receive future promotional emails from Peppermint & Co. is optional and is not required to enter or win.
THE PRIZE
One eligible Toronto business will receive one complimentary Content Day with an approximate retail value of $750 CAD.
The Content Day includes:
60–90 minutes of on-location content creation, 3 edited Reels, 10 edited photos or content stills, 3 written captions, 3 Story graphics, light editing, 2 consolidated revision rounds and access to the Peppermint & Co. client project portal.
The prize covers one standard content session at one eligible Toronto business location.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another service or cash.
Additional services, extensive editing, additional shoot time, additional locations, reshoots requested by the winner, studio rentals, permits or other optional expenses requested outside the included Content Day scope are not included and may be quoted separately. No additional purchase is required to receive the stated prize.
WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The draw will take place on OCTOBER 19TH, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided on the giveaway entry form.
The selected entrant must respond within 5 business days of the initial notification.
If the selected entrant does not respond within that period, cannot be verified, does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, Peppermint & Co. may select another eligible entrant by random draw.
The winner will only be publicly announced after eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
BOOKING & REDEMPTION
The winner must schedule their Content Day within 10 days of accepting the prize, and the session must take place within 20 days, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Peppermint & Co.
Shoot dates are subject to availability.
If the winner cancels or requests a change to the agreed date, Peppermint & Co. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one rescheduling request, subject to availability.
Failure to schedule or redeem the prize within the applicable period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
CONTENT & LOCATION PERMISSIONS
The winner is responsible for ensuring Peppermint & Co. has reasonable access to the location during the scheduled Content Day.
The winner must also have the authority to permit photography and video recording at the business location and is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from employees, contractors, guests or other individuals appearing prominently in the content, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Peppermint & Co. may feature selected content created during the Content Day, along with the business name and publicly available social media information, in Peppermint & Co.’s website, portfolio, social media and promotional materials.
Any confidential business information will not be knowingly published.
REVISIONS & DELIVERY
The prize includes two consolidated revision rounds.
Initial content will normally be delivered within 7–10 business days following the Content Day, provided all required information and approvals have been received.
Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the draft. Revised content will normally be delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving consolidated feedback.
Requests for entirely new concepts, substantial changes in creative direction or additional deliverables are not considered revisions and may be quoted separately.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information collected through the giveaway form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact entrants regarding the giveaway and deliver the prize.
Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from Peppermint & Co. Any marketing consent will be optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from liability arising from or related to this promotion.
Information submitted by entrants is being provided to Peppermint & Co. Ltd. and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
GENERAL
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or inconsistent with these rules.
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. may cancel, modify, suspend or extend the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the promotion impossible or impractical to administer as intended.
The giveaway is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
GENERIC GIVEAWAYS : HOW TO ENTER
For giveaways, there is no purchase necessary to enter. Follow the requirements on how to enter as instructed on each post or campaign. Please note that giveaway instructions on how to enter can vary. Please read each giveaway and how to enter instructions carefully to qualify.
When you provide your email and enter the giveaway you are also added as a subscriber. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
You will be included in the random draw as long as you are subscribed to our list. At the time of drawing, you must be following all requirements to qualify to win.
Giveaways are open to US and Canadian residents, 19 years and older.
GIVEAWAY
Gift card giveaway/s are sent electronically (it is important to enter a valid email when prompted). No physical product/s will be mailed out. If at any point the specific giveaway is no longer available, Peppermint & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the giveaway for a similar and comparable product/s.
For physical product giveaways, if you are drawn, our team will reach out to ask for your mailing address to send the product/s you won.

If the giveaway is to be canceled/closed, Peppermint & Co. Ltd. will notify entries/subscribers.
The winner of the giveaway assumes all responsibility for the product/s received. Under no circumstance shall Peppermint and Co. Ltd. Event Consultants be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage or any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the product/s received.
WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected on the date specified for each campaign or post. The method of selecting the recipient is randomized using unbiased software.
NOTIFICATION
You will be notified on the same day that you are drawn. You will receive the notification as mentioned on the giveaway post stating that you are the winner. All requirements to enter mentioned for that campaign or post have to be met in order to validate the win.
CLAIMING OF GIVEAWAY
You have 5 business days to respond back to us after we send you a winner notification.
We are not responsible for the unclaimed giveaway after the 5 business days mentioned. If the giveaway is unclaimed within the above-mentioned period, it will indicate no winner for that specific campaign/period/month.
When accepting this giveaway, the winner assumes all responsibility for the product/s. The winner is responsible for providing the correct email and/or mailing address. Peppermint & Co. Ltd. is not responsible for any email deleted, spammed, or accidentally lost. The winner is responsible for checking their spam folder. This giveaway is for gift purposes only and cannot be replaced with cash.
The winner releases and forever discharges Peppermint & Co. Ltd., its representatives, and contractors from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands, for damages, creative differences, loss or injury, howsoever arising, which heretofore may have been or may hereafter be sustained by us in connection with the giveaway product provided by Peppermint & Co. Ltd. including all damages, loss or inquiry not now known or anticipated but which may arise in the future and all effects and consequences thereof.
GIVEAWAY CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to revise, cancel, or close giveaways at any time. Should this occur, all entries/subscribers will be notified.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning do not get enhanced when you enter multiple times. Please note that you only need to enter your email once and stay subscribed to be included in the random draw.
BANNING
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to prohibit entry from any person we believe to be abusing these rules and exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
TECHNICAL ERRORS
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for technical failures on the part of the website, entry form, software, or human error, which could result in missing or invalid contest entries.
Peppermint & Co. Ltd. is also not responsible for email notifications rejected or do not reach a contest winner. Peppermint & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time or to correct results to rectify software, technical or human errors.
LAWS
The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws.
